Now more than ever, this is the time for spiritual men—spiritual leaders for our families and churches. The church needs men who are called to be pastors and elders, men who will be faithful for thirty or forty years. On this edition of Generations, Kevin Swanson interviews two pastors about what it means to be a pastor. They address the importance of accountability with other elders and love for the church, among other things.

Homeschooled himself in the 1960's and 70's, Kevin Swanson and his wife, Brenda, are now homeschooling their five children. Since graduating from his homeschool and then serving as student body president of a large west coast university, he has gone on to other leadership positions in corporate management, church, and other non-profits.
