A discussion on gender-neutral language with the TNIV and NIV leads to an investigation into Christian publishing. The timeline of Zondervan, Thomas Nelson, and Multnomah selling out to secular companies pretty much marks the collapse of American Christianity in the 2000s. Now, 54% of the large Christian publishers are owned by the likes of Harper Collins and Random House . . . in case anybody was wondering why the squish factor in Christian books increased in the last 15 years. But why is the worldview of feminism and gender neutrality so essential to the apostasy and the breakdown of Western civilization?
