The Obama administration’s Commission on Civil Rights wants to tailor religious exceptions to civil liberties as narrowly as possible. Commission chairman Martin Castro associates Christian churches that oppose homosexuality with those “Christians” that established Jim Crow laws in the 1880s and 1890s. We clarify the obfuscations on this program. The same Democrats that forced businesses to segregate black and whites in the 1880s is forcing photographers to photograph homosexual acts at homosexual weddings. We distinguish between homosexuality and skin color, and use a biblical view of racism and segregation laws.
